At SCALPERS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange any item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in its original condition.

Return Process

  Log in to your account and visit the 'My Orders' section to select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid shipping label.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the box is securely sealed to prevent damage during transit.

  Drop Off or Collection

  Drop off your package at any authorized courier point or schedule a home collection via our logistics partner using your return tracking number.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
